    Svelte slicer

    Aesthetically, the clean icy look of this knife's handle and finish perfectly complement its sword-like shape. It is super sharp of course (most new knives are), but what I really love is the fit and finish, light weight (has very nimble feel at 5.4 oz), and ergonomics (very comfortable), and super slim profile (1.8mm at spine). I had a Miyabi Artisan slicer before; I like the Koh better (for this style blade). I sliced up a pork loin roast last night and prepped some raw salmon with it some days before that. Great experience using this elegant and great-performing beauty.
