Stratanium consists of 5-layers in which hard particles and wave-like layers interlock to reinforce the nonstick layer. This makes Stratanium products have a 50% more durable nonstick than the previous Scanpan coating.

    Great Non Stick Pan!

    I recently took cooking classes and a lot of the women and chef raved about Scanpans being their favorite nonstick cookware. This was the best price and exactly what I wanted! Awesome pans!

    We have other scan pans and love using them. This was a replacement for a lesser quality pan that NEEDED replaced!
