Description

Scanpan Pro IQ Stratanium is handmade of 100% recycled aluminum at the Scanpan factory in Denmark. Scanpan spent over two years researching and testing to create the Stratanium nonstick system from the ground up. Stratanium consists of 5-layers in which hard particles and wave-like layers interlock to reinforce the nonstick layer. This makes Stratanium products have a 50% more durable nonstick than the previous Scanpan coating. Made in Denmark with a lifetime warranty. The Scanpan Pro IQ Stratanium range is suited for all cooktops, including induction. The steel disc in at base of each piece features a special casting technique, assuring optimum and even heat distribution. Scanpan Pro IQ Stratanium is formed in a characteristic cool design with softly curved stainless steel handles and a glass lid with steel rim.
