Description
The Staub Ceramic Mini Heart Cocotte Set is designed for baking custards, souffles, serving condiments and spreads, and staging pre-measured ingredients. Staub Ceramic cookware features superior quality with a denser material that is not as porous, covered by smooth and strong enamel. This high quality ceramic is evenly fired, resistant to thermal shocks and almost completely enameled with attractive, long lasting colors. The dishes are stackable, and can nestle into each other, designed to be very easy to store. The natural cream color transparent enamel interior enhances the warm and natural shade of the cookware. The water absorption surface is minimized for superior use in microwave ovens, as the food is heated, the dish remains cool. Each piece is finely polished, providing a perfectly smooth finish to prevent any damage to the work surface. Dishwasher, microwave, broiler, and oven safe up to 300°C (572°F).
