Description
The Viking Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Oval Roaster with Induction Lid & Rack is much more than a roasting pan, as it can also used as a dutch oven or stock pot. The 3-ply lid can used as a casserole, saute pan, or as an attractive serving dish. Both the roaster and lid can be used directly on the stovetop up to 600°F and are induction compatible. The dual-level elevated stainless steel roasting rack prevents burning and is able to hang from the sides of the roaster for easy draining. Viking tri-ply constriction sandwiches a highly efficient, heat-responsive aluminum alloy core between a durable stainless steel interior and exterior for superior cooking efficiency. Viking stainless is non-reactive and features a non-porous surface that resists sticking and is easy to clean.
