Description


The Wusthof Gourmet Hollow Edge Chai Dao is designed for cutting thin slices of vegetables, chopping and dicing. The wide blade can be used for crushing ingredients, such as garlic. The hollow edge allows for an effortless cut through foods without sticking to the blade.

Wusthof Gourmet full-tang knives are precision stamped from a single piece of exclusive Wusthof high-carbon stainless steel. Manufactured from one piece of a special mixture of chrome, vanadium, molybdenum and stainless steel, precisely cut with the latest state of the art laser technology. The ABS polymer triple-riveted handle to the stainless steel tang provides excellent balance and maneuverability and is resistant to high heat and high impact for the ultimate in durability.
