The Yaxell Ketu Chef's Knife is designed for slicing, dicing, and chopping a full range of fruits, vegetables, and more. With its curved belly, the Chef's knife can be gently rocked through fresh herbs or spices to produce a very fine mince. Yaxell Ketu is constructed of 3-layer stainless steel with a Japanese SG2 powder steel core. The handle is made of black beech pakkawood which provides outstanding stability and balance. The handle also is unique to a traditional Japanese Samurai family crest. The attractive embossed end-cap of the handle is made of stainless steel.
