Description
The Yaxell Ketu Konata Knife features an extra wide blade, allowing for easy scooping and removal of chopped food. All-purpose knife designed for chopping larger boneless meats and large vegetables. Yaxell Ketu is constructed of 3-layer stainless steel with a Japanese SG2 powder steel core. The handle is made of black beech pakkawood which provides outstanding stability and balance. The handle also is unique to a traditional Japanese Samurai family crest. The attractive embossed end-cap of the handle is made of stainless steel.
