Description
The Yaxell Ketu Slicing Knife is able to make food look delicious by enabling to cut thin, even slices. The long length narrow blade slices without tearing or sawing. Ideal for slicing a wide variety of meats as well as cutting larger vegetables. Yaxell Ketu is constructed of 3-layer stainless steel with a Japanese SG2 powder steel core. The handle is made of black beech pakkawood which provides outstanding stability and balance. The handle also is unique to a traditional Japanese Samurai family crest. The attractive embossed end-cap of the handle is made of stainless steel. Yaxell Ketu is handcrafted exclusively in Seki City, Japan with a lifetime warranty.
