Our Exclusive Yaxell Takehisa Gyuto Chef's Knife is designed for slicing, dicing, and chopping a full range of fruits, vegetables, and more. With its curved belly, the Chef's knife can be gently rocked through fresh herbs or spices to produce a very fine mince.

Yaxell Takehisa features a 211-layer Damascus blade with geometric pattern and beautiful black beech pakkawood handle with traditional Japanese Samurai family crest. The special micro-marbide powder stainless steel ZDP189 cutting core with extremely high Rockwell hardness of 66 provides ultimate cutting performance. The four Japanese Kanji characters hand-engraved on the front side of the blade is known as "Takehisa, the Samurai Spirit". Handcrafted in Seki City, Japan with a lifetime warranty.
