Description

The Yaxell Tsuchimon Slicing Knife is able to make food look delicious by enabling to cut thin, even slices. The long length narrow blade slices without tearing or sawing. Ideal for slicing a wide variety of meats as well as cutting larger vegetables. Yaxell Tsuchimon is also known as "beautiful wave line" with a hammered texture on the blade in Japanese. Constructed of Japanese VG10 superior stainless steel clad by high quality stainless steel from both sides. The handle is made of FDA approved black resin and linen Canvas Micarta with two stainless steel rivets. The canvas material is dyed black and brilliantly polished to last for decades. The engraved end-cap of the handle is made of 18/10 stainless steel, which provides outstanding stability and balance.
