Description
The Zwilling Twin Fin II Chef's Knife is designed for slicing, dicing, and chopping a full range of fruits, vegetables, and more. With its curved belly, the Chef's knife can be gently rocked through fresh herbs or spices to produce a very fine mince. Zwilling Twin Fin II is forged from N60 stainless steel that distinguishes itself with its special combination of chrome and carbon. It sits comfortably in the hand and masters a wide range of tasks. The Japanese ergonomically designed handle is easy to work with and the gilled design makes it look very special. The ice-hardened blade is robust and incredibly flexible. An additional advantage is that Zwilling Twin Fin II is dishwasher safe.
